Key Qualifications:

  • Holds a current Arizona Occupational Therapist license
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card required
  • Prior pediatric experience is highly preferred
  • Background in school-based OT or OT in healthcare/home health settings strongly valued
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document student progress and adjust interventions as required
  • Support students functional participation in academic and daily activities
  • Stay current with best practices in OT for pediatric and school-based settings
