Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for Arizona
- Possess a current IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience with K-8 caseloads preferred
- Strong background in school-based therapy, home health, or healthcare OT settings
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments for K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support within the classroom and home environments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Support students in achieving greater independence and success in academic and daily living activities
