Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Skilled in evaluating and delivering customized therapy for students with diverse needs
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and educational staff
  • Genuine enthusiasm for supporting student growth and fostering independence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to determine therapy needs and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, targeting students academic participation and functional skills
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to support classroom accommodations and student success
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to help shape student educational plans
