Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Occupational Therapist license
- Previous school OT experience or a strong interest in educational settings
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse grade levels (K-12)
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families

Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students functional abilities and needs within the school setting
- Create and implement individualized intervention plans that target student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services according to IEP requirements
- Document therapy progress and maintain accurate records in line with regulations
- Provide training and support to teachers and caregivers for classroom modifications
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insight
- Communicate clearly with parents and staff about student progress and strategies
