Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid WA Occupational Therapy (OT) credentials required
- Experience working in schools, specifically with students aged 5-18, is a plus
- Proficiency or interest in teletherapy and in-person therapy services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and families
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners, with sensitivity to a range of needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and teletherapy occupational therapy services tailored to students IEP goals
- Evaluate students and recommend strategies for learning, participation, and independence
- Monitor, track, and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based planning
- Work independently and as part of a supportive team across multiple schools or settings
- Participate in ongoing professional development
