Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid WA Occupational Therapy (OT) credentials required
• Experience working in schools, specifically with students aged 5-18, is a plus
• Proficiency or interest in teletherapy and in-person therapy services
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners, with sensitivity to a range of needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and teletherapy occupational therapy services tailored to students IEP goals
• Evaluate students and recommend strategies for learning, participation, and independence
• Monitor, track, and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based planning
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team across multiple schools or settings
• Participate in ongoing professional development
