Job Overview:
We are actively hiring an Occupational Therapist in Oxnard, CA to join Ventura County SELPA for the 20262027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting students across multiple school sites within Ventura County, including Fillmore, Oxnard, Santa Paula, and Somis.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day while still having consistency in hours and support. Youll be part of a collaborative team working with mostly mild to moderate caseloads, helping students build independence and succeed in the classroom.
Oxnard offers a great mix of coastal living, spacious communities, and a more relaxed pace compared to LA, while still being within driving distance of larger metro areas. Its an ideal setting for professionals who want balance both in and out of work.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to K12 students
Support IEP goals and participate in team meetings
Travel between school sites (mileage reimbursed)
Collaborate with educators, staff, and families
Requirements:
Active California Occupational Therapist License
School-based or pediatric experience required
Compensation:
Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
Mileage reimbursement included
Rate is negotiable for candidates seeking a higher hourly rate based on experience

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
