Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility for licensure)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students referred for services

  • Participate in IEP meetings and help craft attainable goals for student progress
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation for all therapies performed and progress achieved
  • Consult with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies that enhance student participation in the classroom
  • Engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process to help generalize skills
