Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and registration
• Experience with school-based OT services
• Comfortable providing therapy in home health, school, and teletherapy formats
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting

What Youll Do:

• Assess students and develop appropriate intervention and therapy plans
• Provide direct OT services in schools, homes, and via teletherapy as needed
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure overall student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation for student records
• Educate staff and families on strategies for student success and independence
• Adapt and modify activities or environments to meet student goals
• Monitor and report on student achievement and adjust interventions as necessary
