Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT license in the state of Kansas
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement IEPs for students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload, documentation, and progress reporting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students functional abilities related to occupational performance within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students' educational needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate OT goals into classroom activities
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and parents
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Offer resources, modifications, and strategies to enhance students success and engagement
