Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Kansas Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong understanding of K-12 student needs, including IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services, adjusting interventions as needs evolve
- Contribute to IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to maximize student participation and independence
- Maintain accurate and timely records according to state and district policies
