The Opportunity
Looking for a school-based OT position that keeps your week interesting? A school district in Oswego, IL needs an Occupational Therapist right away. You'll split your time between a neighborhood elementary school and a large high school, supporting students at very different stages of their development. The contract runs from an ASAP start through the end of the school year.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students based on their IEP goals
• Complete evaluations and re-evaluations, and help the IEP team set meaningful, measurable goals
• Support fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional school skills at the elementary level
• Help high school students build independence, daily living skills, and readiness for life after graduation
• Partner with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and families to carry over strategies in the classroom
• Keep timely, accurate documentation in line with district and state requirements

Your Caseload

• Students at both the elementary and high school levels
• Specific disability types will be shared as the assignment is finalized

What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois OTR license
