Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active license in Occupational Therapy for the state
• Previous school-based OT experience is ideal
• Proficient in evaluating and addressing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive needs
• Familiarity with developing IEP goals and participating in multi-disciplinary meetings
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs and strengths
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans targeted to students goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support educational outcomes
• Document services provided and progress toward goals according to school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert insight and updates on student progress
