Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience supporting students in early childhood, elementary (K-5), and middle school settings
• Strong skills in assessment and intervention for fine and gross motor development
• Knowledge of pediatric therapy practices and school-based service delivery
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfort adapting strategies for diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students requiring support with fine and gross motor skills
• Develop and implement individualized plans targeting students goals in pre-K, elementary, and middle grades
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions and maintain records in compliance with regulations and school policies
• Offer recommendations for classroom adaptations and home carryover activities
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings, providing professional input and updates
