Job Description

Job Overview:
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist near Orange, CA to support Ventura County SELPA in a full-time role for the upcoming school year. Youll be working across multiple school sites, supporting students with mild to moderate needs and collaborating with teams to help students succeed both academically and functionally.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships across campuses, and having a consistent, full-time schedule. The variety of sites keeps things fresh, while the district support provides a strong foundation.
Orange is known for its charming downtown, strong community feel, and convenient location within Orange County, making it a great home base for professionals commuting into Ventura County.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to K12 students
Support IEP implementation and goal tracking
Travel between assigned school sites (mileage reimbursed)
Collaborate with school staff and families

Requirements:

Active California OT License
Experience in pediatrics or school settings required

Compensation:

Full-time, consistent schedule
Mileage reimbursement provided
Rate is negotiable for candidates seeking a higher hourly rate based on experience

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
