Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active OT license in California
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong organization and documentation skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Compassion, flexibility, and a passion for helping children reach their potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and interpret data to develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy with focus on sensory processing, handwriting, self-care, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals
• Document progress and contribute professionally in meetings and team discussions
• Offer guidance to classroom staff on techniques for adaptation and inclusion
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
