Key Qualifications:

• Valid CA Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently onsite and manage a full-time schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students K-12
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for assigned students
• Adapt interventions and recommendations to best support students in classroom and school settings
