Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state as required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and adapting interventions as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students fine motor, sensory, and functional needs within the school environment
• Develop and execute personalized therapy plans based on assessment findings
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to integrate OT strategies throughout students daily routines
• Track and document student progress, adjusting goals and interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting in a team setting
• Provide support and resources to families and staff to ensure continuity and effectiveness of therapy interventions
