Job Description
Make an impact supporting K-12 students as a contract occupational therapist in a dynamic school environment for the upcoming academic year. Three full-time positions are available, working onsite from August 2026 through June 2027. These roles are designed for professionals passionate about helping children and adolescents reach their fullest potential within an educational setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience or interest in school-based practice
- Background working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
- Open to candidates willing to travel for contract opportunities
- Prepared to work onsite throughout the duration of the assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote student success in the classroom
- Conduct assessments and document progress toward IEP goals
- Provide guidance to families and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and state requirements
