This onsite position spans the academic year from August 2026 through May 2027 and will focus on supporting student development across five elementary schools near Olathe, KS. Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to work across multiple locations and coordinate with diverse teams
  • Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized treatment goals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
  • Assess students needs through standardized evaluations and create tailored intervention plans
  • Work alongside teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate students participation and academic success
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in student support and IEP meetings, contributing valuable OT insights
