Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist skilled in providing therapy services within school settings. This role is based in Oklahoma City, OK, and involves working directly with students to support their educational and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to the individual needs of students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and maintain compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Participate in meetings and provide professional guidance to support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Oklahoma license for Occupational Therapy practice.
  • Experience working within educational environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and execute therapeutic strategies that promote student development.
