Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or related setting preferred
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff
• Organizational skills for managing caseloads and required documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation
• Develop and adapt activities that promote fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Engage in IEP meetings, offering input on goals, progress, and recommended interventions
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support students success in school environments
