Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Recent experience working as an OT in schools, pediatric healthcare, or related environments
• Strong knowledge of assessments, intervention planning, and documentation for students with diverse needs
• Effective communication skills for engaging with students, families, and school staff
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, student-centered care
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students needs and track progress
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aimed at fostering independence and academic participation
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and school personnel to advocate for supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate records, attendance, and progress documentation as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to enhance student success
