We are currently seeking two Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our growing team:
1 Full-Time Occupational Therapist
1 Part-Time Occupational Therapist

Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their highest level of independence and function. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.


Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, motor, cognitive, sensory, and functional skills.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and family members on treatment goals and home programs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.


Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
CPR certification preferred.


Available Opportunities
Full-Time Occupational Therapist
Approximately 40 hours per week
