Qualifications and Experience sought:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California (required)
• Prior experience working within school systems, including IEP documentation and collaboration with education teams
• Background in home health OT services, focusing on functional, client-centered interventions
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology for providing remote care
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adapt to varied delivery models (in-person and virtual)

Key responsibilities of the position:

• Deliver OT services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment goals for school-aged children
• Facilitate interventions in-person, via teletherapy, and in home-based settings as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Consult and collaborate with educators, family members, and allied health staff
• Support children in developing the skills necessary for educational and daily living success
