Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Demonstrated experience in school-based OT and familiarity with IEP processes
- Proven background in OT practice for home health and healthcare settings
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and ongoing professional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct therapy services both in-person and virtually as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students educational and functional goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to solution-oriented team discussions
- Adapt interventions for various educational and home environments
