Qualifications:

• Valid state license or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based OT, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare settings
• BCBA certification or related experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Genuine commitment to fostering student growth, independence, and inclusivity
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs, assessments, and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students with diverse needs
• Work collaboratively with educational and behavioral teams, including BCBA-led initiatives
• Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to the development and evaluation of IEPs
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to address fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to families and staff
• Provide teletherapy sessions as needed, ensuring access and engagement for all students
• Support seamless transitions between service delivery models (in-person, home, telehealth)
