Step into a contract opportunity serving students in a dynamic charter school setting for the 26/27 academic year. Two Occupational Therapist openings are available, each offering a chance to make an impact across two school sites with a collaborative, public district team. Work schedules offer .5 and 1.0 FTE options, providing flexibility for both full-time and part-time preferences.

Responsibilities include providing direct OT services to students with diverse needs, conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintaining accurate, timely documentation. Youll attend paid administrative meetings and indirect hours are recognized, ensuring your effort is valued. The district uses a comprehensive IEP system and offers necessary training as you onboard. Although the role is itinerant and will involve local travel between school sites, mileage for paid travel is provided to ensure your support reaches students where its needed most. A dedicated space is available for therapy, offering a structured setting for your interventions.

Desired qualifications:

• Valid California OT license (required)
• Previous experience in school-based OT settings preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
