This is a full-time contract (32.5 hours/week) starting in August and continuing through November, covering a leave of absence. Youll make a meaningful difference in the lives of early childhood through 5th-grade students, supporting their success and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license (IL OT license required)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based OT, particularly early childhood through 5th grade
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services within a school setting
  • Assess and document students needs and progress
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support students to achieve developmental, educational, and functional goals
