Desired Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Wisconsin
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs and design individualized intervention plans to enhance learning and participation
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Work closely with classroom teachers to integrate OT strategies in the educational setting
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing key insights and progress updates
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes to ensure compliance with school guidelines
• Support staff training on best practices for accommodating students occupational therapy needs
