Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Ohio
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP process, therapeutic documentation, and goal setting
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt and individualize interventions for diverse student needs
• Motivated, organized, and flexible in a fast-paced school environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students needs for occupational therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, district staff, and families
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to help students achieve independence in academic and daily activities
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to help guide student support plans
• Educate school staff and parents on strategies to facilitate student growth
