Desired Qualifications:

• Active, valid OT license in Alaska (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Solid grasp of IEP processes and documentation

• Compassionate, creative, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting students motor, sensory, and self-help skills
• Implement therapy sessionsboth one-on-one and in groupsto address IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Maintain compliance with state and district policies for documentation and service delivery
• Provide training, recommendations, and resources to school staff and families as needed
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions as necessary throughout the contract period
