In this unique position, youll dedicate just one hour per weekhalf spent delivering direct services, and half for detailed note-taking and documentationmaking a meaningful difference in a young students school experience while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania (OT License in PA required)
• Experience in school-based OT, home health OT, or healthcare-related OT settings
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with educators and families
• Knowledge of individualized educational plans (IEPs) and student-centered interventions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for direct and indirect services

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 direct therapy to a sixth-grade student, tailoring interventions to address sensory, motor, and functional needs in an educational setting
• Document progress and session details thoroughly during allocated note-taking time
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and family members to support student goals
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements for school-based therapy
• Participate in meetings as needed and contribute professional insights into student progress and achievement
