• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and school environments
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and student progress reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students needs and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and maintain compliance with education regulations
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills for classroom success
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or adaptive equipment
