Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active and current state OT licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience providing OT services in K-12 school settings preferred
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, teachers, and families
• Knowledge of IEP process and ability to write and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students needs for occupational therapy services
• Develop and implement goals and interventions tailored to each students needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress appropriately
• Provide both direct and consultative services, fostering skill-building and confidence for students
• Maintain accurate records and stay up to date on best practices and compliance requirements
