Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
• Adaptable to dynamic classroom environments and varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students functional difficulties and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing creative, engaging strategies
• Consult with teachers and parents to support students participation in classroom and school activities
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and district standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and ongoing professional development opportunities
