Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Prior experience in school-based OT settings preferred
• Familiarity with evaluations, direct therapy, and IEP processes
• Comfortable working itinerantly across multiple K-12 schools
• Commitment to compliance with fingerprinting and onboarding requirements
• Willingness to participate in virtual interviews

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and direct therapeutic services to K-12 students
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings ensuring the best individualized supports
• Manage an itinerant caseload across assigned schools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including paraprofessionals and other related service providers
• Maintain thorough documentation for all student interactions and progress
