Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• School-based OT experience preferred, with skill in supporting students from pre-K through high school
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Compassion, flexibility, and adaptability to manage multiple campuses
• Dedication to promoting student independence in academic and daily living skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy to students on your caseload
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT interventions into the classroom environment
• Contribute to IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
• Travel between 3-5 assigned campuses, all within a short drive
