This is a full-time, onsite position available near Norco, CA, offering a chance to make a meaningful difference in educational settings. The weekly schedule is 40 hours, with caseloads and grade levels tailored to your location and preferences whenever possible, ensuring the best fit for both you and the students youll serve.
What you'll bring:
- Valid California Occupational Therapy (CA OT) license
- Experience or strong interest in working within school environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Adaptable approach to address each students individual needs
Key responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students, supporting their academic and functional success
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational goals
- Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with IEP and district standards
- Consult regularly with teaching teams and families on student strategies and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise on student abilities and recommended supports
