Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid MA Occupational Therapy License required
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to tailor interventions to meet individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Passion for supporting young learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and consultative services for preschool and elementary-aged students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to state and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful, achievable goals for each child
  • Foster a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages each childs unique development
