Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans

• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for OT services
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student goals
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Provide direct therapy in group and one-on-one settings, focusing on improving motor skills, sensory integration, and functional independence
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as appropriate
• Monitor students progress and adjust interventions accordingly
