Make a real impact supporting students and staff for the upcoming school year in a vibrant educational setting! Two Occupational Therapists are needed to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in a collaborative, supportive district environment. This contract opportunity is located on-site in the beautiful town of Claremont, New Hampshire. Both part-time (up to 20 hours/month) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) availability are welcome, offering flexibility to best suit your schedule.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
• Verified experience providing clinical supervision to COTAs, including documentation
• Strong background in school-based occupational therapy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting best practices in student therapy and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site, required clinical supervision to designated COTAs within district public schools
• Oversee up to two COTAs per therapist, providing approximately 7 hours/month of supervision per COTA
• Complete all primary supervision logs, required documentation, and administrative tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
• Foster positive collaboration with COTAs, school staff, and administrators to ensure effective service delivery
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements for OT supervision

Travel mileage to and from the district is reimbursed at the current IRS rate, adding convenience and support for your professional commute.
