Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement effective therapeutic interventions for a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students functional abilities and needs within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs or 504s) in alignment with educational goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to ensure comprehensive student support
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to promote students participation and independence in school activities
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide training and resources to school staff and families regarding adaptive strategies and equipment as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.36 to $55.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
