Qualifications:

• Ability to manage a caseload, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced school environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs and develop customized intervention plans to promote academic and functional skills
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Provide education and resources to families and staff to facilitate carryover of strategies and accommodations
• Monitor and adjust treatment approaches based on ongoing student progress and feedback
