Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license for Delaware
• Experience in a school-based OT setting is strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing diverse caseloads and adapting to various student needs
• Strong communication skills to work closely with educators, families, and administrators
• Ability to travel within the area as needed between school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans to support their academic and daily living success
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions
• Provide direct and consultative OT services as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments, keep detailed documentation, and participate in IEP meetings with the school team
• Support students with a range of disabilities, adapting strategies to promote engagement and independence
