Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and implement therapeutic strategies tailored to each students unique needs
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support and update individualized educational programs
• Document student progress, maintain detailed records, and provide input for IEP meetings
• Offer consultation and training to school staff to facilitate inclusive classroom environments
• Communicate regularly with families to ensure continuity of care and successful carryover of interventions
