Preferred Background and Skills:

- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
- Design and implement therapeutic strategies tailored to each students unique needs
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support and update individualized educational programs
- Document student progress, maintain detailed records, and provide input for IEP meetings
- Offer consultation and training to school staff to facilitate inclusive classroom environments
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure continuity of care and successful carryover of interventions
