Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education program (IEP) documentation and implementation
• Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills for interacting with teachers, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify their strengths and areas for growth related to fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Design and deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions within the school setting
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development and review of IEPs
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide updates to relevant team members
• Educate and support school staff and families on strategies to promote student success in the classroom and beyond
