This role focuses on providing essential therapeutic services to help students reach their fullest potential within an educational setting.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills and patience
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards
Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments to determine needs and develop targeted goals
- Deliver individual or group therapy sessions as specified in IEPs
- Track and document student progress with clear, accurate records
- Collaborate with educators and families to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
- Offer suggestions for classroom modifications or assistive technology
