Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Creative problem-solving skills and patience
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments to determine needs and develop targeted goals
• Deliver individual or group therapy sessions as specified in IEPs
• Track and document student progress with clear, accurate records
• Collaborate with educators and families to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
• Offer suggestions for classroom modifications or assistive technology
