Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current OT license in the state or eligibility for licensure
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for a wide range of student abilities and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans for students requiring OT services
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies within classroom routines
• Document sessions, progress, and participate in IEP meetings as an active team member
• Deliver both direct and consultative services in order to foster students access to curriculum and independence
• Provide training and resources to staff and caregivers for classroom and home carryover
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal laws and guidelines
