What you'll bring:

• Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license
• Prior experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
• Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and related documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet a variety of student needs
• Organized, reliable, and proactive work approach

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to address fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each childs academic and functional goals
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reports
• Provide consultation, resources, and training to staff on integrating OT strategies throughout the school day
