Contract details:

Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid Delaware Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience working as an OT in schools or similar environments preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation for students with varying needs
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families
- Organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services to students per IEPs and other referral plans
- Evaluate and assess students to determine therapy needs and set goals
- Document interventions, maintain accurate records, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies within the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student accommodations and modifications
