This full-time contract opportunity offers a meaningful way to use your expertise, working 37.5 hours per week from August 25, 2026, through November 13, 2026. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver engaging therapy services and help students achieve their highest potential.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Delaware
- Experience or interest in working within a school-based environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborative mindset and dedication to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students to identify individual needs and determine goals
- Develop and implement OT interventions tailored for school-aged children
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and regulatory requirements
- Support students in developing functional abilities for success in the classroom and daily activities
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
