Key Qualifications:

• Active/valid Delaware Occupational Therapy license required at time of application
• Prior experience delivering occupational therapy services in a school-based environment
• Proficiency working with pediatric or elementary caseloads
• Ability to work onsite throughout the school year (August 24, 2026, to June 14, 2027)
• Reliable transportation for daily commute

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop goals tailored to students needs
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions within the educational setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, aides, and parents, to support student IEPs
• Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding therapy progress
• Adapt interventions flexibly to meet the evolving needs of students in a school-based environment
