Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification
• Prior experience working as an OT in a school setting preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective intervention plans for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and create individualized intervention plans to support academic and functional success
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, implementing evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with teachers, educational staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
• Maintain and document progress, ensuring compliance with educational and healthcare guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding student progress and needs
• Support school staff with strategies for classroom adaptations, sensory processing, and fine motor skill development
