Qualifications and Certifications:

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy licensure
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, valid credentialing/certifications as required by state guidelines
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide therapy services for a caseload of 45 students across kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals based on student needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and progress monitoring
• Work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families to deliver comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state policies
• Consult and educate staff and family members about student needs and adaptive strategies
